Description
Stable, healthy company looking for a career-oriented Financial Analyst who is looking for a long-term, growth opportunity. Responsibilities: Determine and devise data collection, research techniques, data interpretation and analytical methodology to analyze financial data. Use statistical, economic and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports. Make recommendations related to financial trends, business forecasts, and unit/site performance. Suggest remedial measures. Manage capital and operating budget and special projects under direction of the Director of Finance. Interview individuals, conduct investigations, research and document findings. Evaluate operational techniques, budgets, programs and practices to ensure most efficient operation. Prepare financial documents compliant with regulations. Prepare financial reports and complete ad hoc requests. Communicate results to management and physicians as needed. Perform month end close procedures as indicated by Director of Finance. BS degree preferred, 3+ years of appropriate experience. Software: strong EXCEL skills and comfortable with Access. |
