We are a small company rapidly growing. We are seeking a hard working professional Administrative Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support to our team. Must be computer savvy, well organized and excellent at multitasking. Responsibilities: -Perform general clerical duties to include: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. -Organize files/contacts. -Take and make phone calls. -Data Entry, Reconcile Invoices. -Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: -Good communication skills, both verbal and written. -The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. -Minimum of 1 year professional office administration experience. -Detail oriented, responsible, fast learner. -Computer savvy, Microsoft Office skills. Compensation/benefits -$12-$14/hour, medical benefits, 401K, vacation time after 90 day review |
