Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon. - Fri. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma with experience in bookkeeping and property management. * Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks Pro. * Oral and written communication skills, advanced ability to organize and prioritize, ability to work independently and have excellent time-management skills. * Has excellent people skills. * Possesses tact, discretion and good judgment in confidential situations (diplomacy). * A high level of enthusiasm and demonstrated ability to have a positive, professional attitude with a polished appearance. * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field in which business is operated. Relies on experience and judgment to plan, execute and meet deadlines. * Well organized, detail oriented and flexible.
