The Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the President will be responsible for supporting the President and CEO. He/She will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the firm’s day-to-day business operations. As Office Manager, the candidate will carry out essential office functions, such as setting up and handling office procedures and basic office systems. Responsibilities will also include establishing and managing files ordering office supplies answering phones screening and sorting mail ensuring maintenance of all office equipment developing forms entering data assisting with event coordination and coordination of schedules. As Executive Assistant to the President, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the President by typing and proofreading letters and documents arranging travel, preparing schedules and calendars, meeting agendas and compiling reports. He/She working with the President will prepare monthly bills for the firm’s clients and input all billing and expense data using Quicken and QuickBooks. The successful candidate must be a mature and seasoned professional. He/She must be a college graduate or have sufficient experience, well-organized, attentive to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and also as part of a team. Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Quicken, QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
