Description
Our client in southern Maine is seeking an Development Lead/Interactive Project Manager to assist the software development team in managing project sand driving results. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management and programming skills in PHP, MySql and Java. This position is for three to six months, contract to hire. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced team environment. Excellent communication skills are a must. Some same day travel may be required. The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Knowledge of key software development technologies such as Java, PHP, MySQL, Flash, Actionsript, and C#.NET PMP/PMI Certification or commensurate experience is highly desired. Experience and interest in the development of rich Internet applications (RIA) using contemporary interface technologies Hands-on programming experience is a plus (Java, PHP, PL/SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Hands-on relational database experience is a bonus (MySQL, Oracle) Experience adding value to the software development lifecycle Capable of multi-tasking across projects effortlessly Keen attention to detail that results in high quality deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior work ethic absolutely required This position is contract to hire |
