The CVS Store Management Development Program starts with our Phase 1 course, which provides comprehensive training in store operations procedures. This training takes place at one of our specialized training stores in your local area.
After successfully completing Phase 1, you progress to Phase 2, a learner controlled structure where you receive the training necessary to take operational control of a CVS/pharmacy store.
