Minimum General Experience 1. 3 years experience working effectively as part of an applications development team. 2. 3 years experience evaluating and identifying solutions for user problems. 3. 3 years experience maintaining complex business applications. 4. 3 years of programming in the Progress 4GL 5. 1 year of Progress experience within the Windows Server environment. 6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers. 7. Proven written and oral communication skills. Preferred Experience: System implementation activities System testing practices System development and documentation standards. Familiarity with all phases of the project development cycle. Version control software - particularly Subversion.
