Description
I own a shorefront parcel in the Town of Woodstock (aka - Bryant Pond). There are current two cottages on the same parcel of land one built in the 60s and the other around 1900. I believe the parcel was two separate parcels at one time and the cottages were not jointly owned at the time the newer one was built. I need someone who is familiar with the Oxford County Registry that can do a history of ownership of the property back to the early 1900s. I would prefer to not pay attorney fees for this work but I am willing to pay a good hourly wage. I am not asking for any certification of the accurracy of this work.
