St. Ann is looking for YOU Responsibilities include Staff Development, Infection Control and Quality Assurance. This is a multi-faceted position demanding a high degree of organization. Exceptional clinical, record keeping and administrative skills are a must. We need someone with strong leadership and interpersonal skills able to play a supportive role in coaching staff. This individual must have the ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor even under pressure and be able to communicate tactfully with all levels of personnel, residents, families, medical professions, government agencies and the public.
