Avesta Housing the largest non-profit affordable housing agency in Maine and one of New Englands leading developers of affordable housing is expanding and seeking an energetic, well organized individual with excellent analytical and negotiating skills to join our ever growing team of Property Managers. This individual will manage or support a small portfolio of affordable housing developments as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to, recruiting, screening and selecting residents for properties, negotiating and monitoring leases, recommending property related contracts and vendors, and monitoring budget and property performance.
