Full time position now open for experienced residential property manager. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in all aspects of apartment and condominium management. This includes advertising, marketing, qualifying tenants, collections, evictions, leasing, maintenance, coordination, supervision of sub-contractors, condominium management, etc. This is approximately 50 hours per week including weekend showings and being on-call for emergencies, Degree preferred, Need to be a self starter, honest and 100% dependable, with a very clean history.
